Order processing

Standard orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day.

We’ll send order and shipping updates to the email used at checkout. Once your order ships, use the carrier tracking link in your shipment email for the latest delivery status.

U.S. shipping options

Eligible methods depend on the delivery address and are confirmed at checkout.

• Standard shipping is $9 or free when qualifying merchandise totals $79 or more.
• UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air may be available at carrier-calculated rates.
• Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guarantees.

Delays and address changes

Weather, holidays, and carrier interruptions can affect delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect; we cannot guarantee changes after warehouse preparation begins.
